This "discomfort of anti-social" oppresses us. The shift has already happened: the torture at Bolzaneto, laws against vagabonds, the hunt for the Roma, the segregation of immigrants, the "security" of the center and the choice in favor of the war, and violence against other Others. The "pedagogy inhuman" today seems to be the only possible policy. The rights gained in the twentieth century - equality, jobs, freedom, citizenship - are no longer acquired as universal, but if ever granted on a selective basis. The "Controcanto" Revelli says of the mutation of these years, becoming part of the "wrong", those who do not have any representation or warranty and is excluded from the great game of media democracy, plebiscite and discipline, where there is no any political and civic responsibility.
